Job Description:

We are looking for someone to support the management of the daily operations of the facility ensuring quality in production, profitability of the operation and on time and complete deliveries (OTIF).

Responsobilities:

Assist in the planning of personnel, resources and tools for the fulfillment of the work plan and flow of the facility operation.

Supervise and assist in daily operations to ensure that quality, productivity, safety and delivery time standards are met.

Identify process optimization and operational best practices that add value to the product.

Analyze and generate reports related to facility operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.

Assurance (KPI of the position)

Ensure compliance with the management indicators established for the position.

Qualifications:

Education: University professional preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics and/or related careers.

Previous experience: 2-3 years in similar positions, preferably in companies in the floriculture sector, of equal or greater size.

Specific knowledge: (Technical) (Desirable qualifications)

Management of advanced information systems and management indicators.

Numerical skills and financial analysis

Human resource management skills.

Legal, labor, tax and commercial regulations.

Bilingual English-Spanish (Preferred)
