Our Assistant Manager position provides a great perspective on leading a sales-driven entertainment venue. As an Assistant Manager, you will help to coach and develop our Team, run a shift and design the ultimate experience for our guests.
Ensuring that Team Members satisfy all THE LOT's guest service standards
Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties
Ensuring proper staffing in each venue
Assisting with training, coaching and mentoring Team Members
Working effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate
Listening, communicating, and working to tend to guests’ needs
All other functions as designated by Manager
Work as a team, assisting with all Guest and Team Member needs
Working knowledge of all FOH Team Member functions
Must be 21 years of age or older

Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to smile while standing 10 hours a day
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality (bar, restaurant, etc.)
Minimum of 1 year of supervisor/manager experience
Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to inspire associates and to create a culture of accountability.
Commitment to exceptional guest service.
Effective communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills.
