specialize in Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a Southern twist. Each day we
make all our foods from scratch, and are proud to do so without the use of
fryers or microwaves.
Tazikis is a rapidly growing brand, having more than tripled in
size since 2011. With over 100 stores open to date, we are in 14 states across
the nation, with plans to not only grow the brand in existing markets, but also
expand into new areas across the country in the next 5 years and just hitting
our 25th anniversary year in early 2023!
Cafe Freska LLC., a Taziki’s Franchisee for North Florida, has 4
locations! Opening the first Taziki’s in Tallahassee in 2017, with 2 more in
Jacksonville and 1 in Gainesville. Cafe Freska has continued plans
to open 9+ more restaurants in these markets. Our owner partnership group has
83+ years of restaurant/hospitality industry experience. We understand the
day-to -day operations and operate with the empathy for what our teams execute

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
After a successfully completing 8 weeks of training;
- Drive sales growth and profits for the restaurant
- Support the GM initiatives at the store level - be the right hand!.
- Hands on in all operations sales segments to include catering operations.
- Contribute to food cost and labor management on a shift by shify
- Maintain a high level of maintanance and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Run high level operating shifts and floor control.
- Hire, train and develop hourly employees and Shift Leaders to high level team players
- Maintain an environment that fosters motivation, training, and personal and professional growth.
- **Other responsibilites may include staff schedule, food orders, produce orders and training platform participation adherence
REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of 3-5 years upper management experience. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment. Manager Food Safe Certification Required. Sufficient
experience and knowledge of Profit and Loss statements. Excellent leadership,
customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to attract,
train, retain, and motivate quality employees. Basic knowledge of PC functions.
Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and
coworkers. Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and
the brand. Strong work ethic, and desire to exceed our guests’ expectations
100% of the time.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires the ability to tolerate walking and standing
during the entire shift. Requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and
must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to chin level without injury.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Works with speed and efficiency in
high-pressure situations. Demonstrates ability to manage staff and adversity.
Exercises good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints and
initiates corrective action.
WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS
Flexible schedule, requiring a minimum 50 hour work weeks (5 - 10 hr days) of physical
activity. Shifts will vary and may include early mornings, md-shifts, evenings, weekends
and/or holidays as business dictates.
