At MV Advancements, we believe in creating opportunities for growth, independence, and connection. As a Supported Living Program Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping adults with I/DD achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives in their communities.
What You'll Do
As the Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supported Living program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a team of dedicated staff members who provide individualized services to clients in their homes and communities.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and community partners.
- Coordinating schedules, training, and resources to ensure high-quality support.
- Upholding program standards and compliance with state regulations.
- Assisting with the development of person-centered plans that foster independence and personal growth.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings a balance of leadership skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to the role. The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in human services, social work, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with adults with I/DD and familiarity with Supported Living programs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
