About this Role:
The Assistant Selling Manager will work closely with the General Sales Managers and Sales Managers to help develop the sales team while promoting and selling our products through personalized and memorable guest experiences. This role requires a high level of professionalism, a deep knowledge of the product, and a commitment to driving sales. The Assistant Selling Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales team’s growth and effectiveness by measuring performance and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and goals.
Essential Functions:
· Drive the sales of merchandise, accessories, and services by facilitating, encouraging, and consulting with team members to promote sales.
· Meet or exceed sales quotas as set by sales management.
· Uphold and enhance the company’s image by ensuring customers receive exceptional service and a high level of satisfaction.
· Actively engage with guests and team members on the showroom floor, always being in Position to Impact (P2I), assisting guests and supporting team members who need guidance or assistance.
· Assist in the recruitment and selection of service-minded team members.
· Support the General Sales Managers and Sales Managers in scheduling, training, motivating, and developing the sales team to reach their full potential.
· Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
· Assume full managerial responsibilities when the General Sales Manager or Sales Manager are unavailable, including authorizing price adjustments, cancellations, and refunds.
· Build confidence in your ability to support team members throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to closing.
· Adhere to the company’s mission, principles, policies, procedures, and service standards.
· Serve as a role model during the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition onto the sales team.

Requirements
Schedule Expectations
Scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including Saturdays and Sundays; the number of hours worked will increase during holidays or blackout periods, for vacation coverage, or for other business needs.
Scheduled for two days off each week, except during holidays or blackout periods.
Regular attendance at the assigned store in accordance with these schedule expectations is an essential function of the job and all job functions are performed at designated job location.
