- Safety and Hygiene – Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in line with regulations.
- Financial Monitoring – Analyze financial performance and assist in budgeting for improved efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- A proven track record of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Experience in inventory management and financial monitoring.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address areas for improvement.
