Enchem America, Inc. is seeking dedicated Assistant Manager/Manager/Director for the
Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Development.
Payroll/Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processes for both company employees and staffing agencies.
- Address payroll-related inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
- Manage employee benefits programs.
Recruitment/Employee Relations:
- Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs.
- Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate and participate in the interview process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Talent Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate sessions.
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching.
- Maintain records and stay updated on best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads on development plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Acquire 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrate knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality.
- Showcase strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Have experience with Excel and Power-point.
- Proficiency in Korean is preferred.
