Restaurant Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Report to the restaurant General Manager and assist in motivating and supervising team members to achieve restaurant performance goals.
- Ensure quality guest service, guest and employee safety, sales, profit, cost management, and compliance with Company operating policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain the necessary staff levels for all positions.
- Assist in orienting and onboarding new hires, ensuring they complete all required training.
- Manage the restaurant operation independently during some scheduled shifts.
- Make daily decisions and provide consistent staff feedback and positive support to team members.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and writing.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
