Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Support: Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, and executing company strategies.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Scheduling & Organization: Establish and maintain team schedules to optimize productivity.
• Goal Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Talent Management: Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, lead, and motivate employees to achieve peak performance.
• Customer Relations: Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
• Inventory & Supplies: Oversee inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• General Support: Step in to assist the General Manager as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
