Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in strategic planning and execution.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies.
- Organize and establish work schedules to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement productivity goals to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor progress to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Lead the recruitment and interviewing process for new team members.
- Supervise, motivate, and provide guidance to employees.
- Track and improve customer and client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory and supplies to support operations.
- Provide general support to the General Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
