About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to spearhead outstanding digital marketing initiatives for the Dockers brand and Dockers.com within the United States. This role presents an exciting chance to join a dynamic team dedicated to crafting innovative digital marketing strategies. As an integral member of our team, you will execute campaigns to optimize media spend, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and champion data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative spirit, striving to enhance brand recognition and loyalty while achieving exceptional performance outcomes. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and optimize digital paid media channel strategies to drive business growth for the Dockers brand and Dockers.com.
Oversee Meta and other social advertising networks (e.g., TikTok) to enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.
Identify the most effective media mix and leverage key performance indicators to optimize campaigns for brand awareness and performance marketing.
Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, collaborating with ecommerce analysts to develop data-driven strategies.
Explore testing opportunities and strategic enhancements to maximize efficiency and value.
Foster collaboration between digital marketing efforts to facilitate comprehensive marketing initiatives spanning brand and demand generation.
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure alignment with Dockers' brand values and resonate with target audiences.
Partner with various teams such as merchandising, pricing, and promotions to identify media and messaging opportunities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to coordinators to nurture talent and support program objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an ecommerce environment.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta's AD network, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
Demonstrated experience in team management.
Proficiency in attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.
Familiarity with leveraging both first and third-party data to derive consumer insights and inform audience strategies.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis.
Leadership capabilities with a commitment to talent development.
A mindset of continuous experimentation and learning.
Excellent collaboration skills with experience partnering with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
