Kforce is seeking an Assistant Manager - Corporate Financing for an amazing client located in Boston, Massachusetts (MA) that is growing within the investment world. Summary: This client is a boutique and rapidly growing private investment firm with an international presence, a great team culture, building their marketing organization. They offer a strong benefits package including 401K with additional contributions for retirement funding and generous bonuses. This role will work on a hybrid schedule with flexibility. Responsibilities will include:

Analyze financial data
Close the general ledger
Work in the audit process and liaise with auditors
Participate in the budgeting process
Identify improvement opportunities and propose and implement solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7-10 years of experience in accounting general ledger (depreciation, monthly close, journal entries)
Experience in financial services or public accounting with a financial services client base
Experience in the private equity or investment management industry is a plus
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
