At Beerhead Bar & Eatery, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in running our store effectively and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, appraise, and train staff
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations and address any issues
- Calculate closing financial reports
- Assist in creating promotions and building new business
- Manage stock and product ordering
- Maximise profitability and productivity
- Maintain property management and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle scheduling responsibilities
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and resourcefulness
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Numerical and IT skills
- Prior management experience
- Problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities
- Ability to set a good example for the team
Pay Rage is $17.00 - $21.00/hr BOE
