StretchLab, the premier destination for one-on-one assisted stretching, is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to support our studio in Canton, CT! What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Support the Studio Manager by motivating and coaching a team of Flexologists and sales associates to exceed their goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Drive Results: Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies to grow our client base. Manage studio sales and ensure our services meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Build Community: Cultivate strong client relationships by creating a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment for everyone.
• Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain studio cleanliness, and ensure adherence to StretchLab standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or retail industry.
• Sales and Service: Strong sales acumen with a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals. Customer service experience is a must.
• Communication and Organization: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to foster teamwork and keep the studio running smoothly.
• Passion for Wellness: A commitment to health and wellness with an enthusiasm for learning and teaching about assisted stretching.
• Tech-Savviness: Interest in using AI-driven tools to enhance studio operations and improve client service is a plus.
