The Assistant Manager is responsible for annotating and uploading Images for Film and TV to our Passport Publicity Website in accordance with theatrical release and broadcast dates. Responsible for checking all Image sources-Lightbox, SEAC (SKY images), Solar, Media Village, UIG Galaxy, FineCut, Digital TV Tools for available images. This includes annotating images for TV through the automated Lightbox Feed from Client Photo Department. For Acquisition titles sourcing of images may be necessary from other departments and producers and may be delivered by DropBox or other links for manually uploading to Passport. Attention should be paid to Film release schedules and TV broadcast schedules to ensure Images are available on the Passport website several weeks prior to release/broadcast dates to meet client servicing needs. Will attend weekly Passport Meetings and Biweekly Sky meetings. Assistant Manager will also assist with aspects of the Sky Mastering process.
Bachelors degree preferred Knowledge of digital websites Strong Excel skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Strong computer skills Knowledge of Photoshop an advantage Familiarity with Dropbox, WeTransfer, Box.com, Google Drive an advantage. Focused with attention to detail Familiarity with Client Film and TV product naming an advantage. Experience with file based mastering workflows, digital encoding, and electronic file deliveries an advantage. Knowledge of dubbing and subtitle workflows. Ability to work under pressure without compromising performance or accuracy in a deadline oriented environment Ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external clients/customers Team player willing to be flexible and responsive to the business/department needs.
