We are seeking Assistant Managers to join our team! Part-time and Full-time positions available.
General job duties for all store team members:
· Provide Great Customer Service
· Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
· Prepare product.
· Receive and process telephone orders.
· Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
· Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
· Supervise team of retail sales workers
· Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
· Train and evaluate employees
· Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
· Resolve escalated customer complaint
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the sales team.
