We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant Manager to lead daily maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and maximizing equipment performance. In this key leadership role, you will manage a skilled maintenance team, coordinate vendor services, and drive preventative maintenance initiatives to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision & Development

  Lead and mentor a maintenance team including Coordinators, Technicians, and Associates. Uphold quality standards and drive performance goals.

  
  

• Maintenance Operations

  Oversee maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and infrastructure in optimal condition. Implement proactive maintenance schedules.

  
  

• Problem Solving & Diagnostics

  Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to minimize downtime.

  
  

• Preventative Maintenance

  Develop and enforce a preventative maintenance program, ensuring timely work order completion.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a maintenance or industrial environment
• Proven expertise in facility and equipment maintenance operations
• Experience implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs
• Familiarity with regulatory codes related to maintenance and facility safety
• Supervisory experience managing a team of 10–15 staff members
• Technical proficiency in 5S, TPM, Kaizen methodologies, and laser/resistance welding (preferred)
