Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager leads the F&B division of the Outlet and collaborates with others at the Luxury Hotel.
Job Details:
- Lead and manage the Food & Beverage Division of the outlet, integrating functions to serve both local F&B and hotel guests, with an emphasis on the Restaurant & Bar.
- Oversee the management, budget, and operation of the food service establishment while maintaining a strong connection with kitchen, restaurant, and catering sales departments for optimal profitability.
- Supervise daily operations of F&B Outlets, ensuring compliance with all control policies and procedures.
- Estimate beverage consumption, manage inventory and supply requisitions, and maintain quality and consistency of the beverage products.
- Innovate and develop specialty cocktails for the menu, and implement promotional plans to increase business and host local events to foster community and business relations.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels, manage guest relations, and address complaints effectively.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage required.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Proficient in database, inventory, and order processing systems, as well as spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
