Assistant Kitchen Manager - TPI Hospitality

Full-time, Monday-Sunday flexibility needed, AM/PM flexibility needed, pay is based on experience

TPI Hospitality, one of the nation's most respected hospitality companies, is seeking a detailed-oriented, highly-motivated Assistant Kitchen Managers to staff our restaurant kitchens. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about preparing an amazing dining experience for our guests through the use of healthy, structured food preparation specifications. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver a memorable experience for the restaurant's guests and associates. The Assistant Kitchen Manager position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working, energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ability to work in a team environment and lead the kitchen staff in following the prescribed systems is essential to this position. This position requires a minimum of two-years of kitchen experience.

Essential Job Expectations:

• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring, and leading a kitchen team to achieve budgeted food cost and labor expectations
• Hire, develop, inspire and lead the kitchen team to exceed every guest's expectations
• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to achieve or exceed expectations-
• Clearly communicate expectations to all kitchen associates, holding yourself and others accountable
• Operate the kitchen as if it was your own
• Provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
• Assure that your daily actions and decision making reflect TPI's nine core values
