What will you do?
Manage human resources programs by providing human resources services:
- AA/EEO compliance
- recruitment
- compensation
- training and development
- records management
- employee relations and retention
- employment processing
- leaves of absence management (FMLA/CFRA/DFEH/ADA)
Who are you?
- Minimum seven years of broad human resources experience across multiple disciplines; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years’ experience in recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions in compliance with AA/EEO requirements.
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience with general Human Resources administration.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR required.
- Working knowledge of Federal and State labor laws, Leaves of Absence, Worker Compensation, OSHA and Cal-OSHA.
- Multi-state human resources administration experience.
- Minimum SHRM-CP certification required.
- You’re a communicator, a team player, and a people person
- Work well at multi-tasking in a fast-paced ever moving human resource environment
- Ability to maintain an exemplary level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to maintain a cooperative, professional demeanor with staff and leadership
- Intermediate computer skills, including ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Applicant tracking and onboarding systems.
