Job Description
Assist with the oversight of bell, valet, and parking operations resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction and associate development.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and manages the day-to-day operations of the Guest Services and Parking Operations.
- Assist with training, counseling, and coaching all associates according to standard operating procedures utilizing Omni based tools with continued focus on exceeding service expectations.
- Assist with following all Loss Prevention procedures regarding guest property, safety, and security.
- Assist with continued focus on financial aspects of the department related to revenue and expenses.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all guest services and parking staff and controls all activity within the department.

- Resort experience with an emphasis on Front Office and Guest Services.
- Must have previous supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
**NECESSARY LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS***
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license and be able to provide a clean DMV printout.
- TIPS Alcohol Certification is required upon hire.

Annual Salary Range: $66,560k - $70,000k
The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience
