How You’ll Make an Impact:
This role typical reports into a Designer and is based in our Buckhead office in our in-office work environment (4 days/week in-office)
Creative Development - 60%:
+ Create unique and emotional art that is brand appropriate and capable of being manufactured, with direction from manager as needed.
+ Develop gender and age specific art that displays originality in print/pattern
+ Research trend to bring newness and fresh ideas to concept
+ Work with manager and team to understand feedback and edit designs appropriately
Process & Calendar - 20%:
+ Work efficiently to meet deadlines and follow through on all projects
+ Follow and support all established procedures within Art Department
Cross Functional Meetings & Collaboration - 15%:
+ Attend hindsight and sample review meetings to gain insight on selling and production capabilities
+ Work with Graphics, Design and Merchandising teams to develop cohesive line point of view
+ Accuracy in executing paperwork and art procedures
+ Communicate all updates with management and follow through with team
+ Basic knowledge of legal process as it relates to creative

Must Have:
+ _Degree in Illustration, Fabric/Textile Design, or related field required._
+ _Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred) at time of graduation_
+ _Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start date_
+ _Must be able to start in the role full-time by June 2023_
+ _Must have a portfolio_
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0(3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)
+ Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start date
+ Must be able to start in the role full time by June 2024
+ Possess strong working knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop, basic color and layout skills as demonstrated through a portfolio of work
+ Basic knowledge of color and trends, with the ability to apply that to art
+ Basic understanding of techniques and materials for fabric printing
+ Possess strong communication skills, display a high level of professionalism with team members, and positive attitude
Preferred Skills and Experience:
+ Internship in Apparel Graphics or CAD Design preferred
+ Display organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
