YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ASSISTANT GM - PGA GOLF PROFESSIONAL

As our Assistant GM - PGA Golf Professional, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hospitality operations while also taking our golf services to the next level. Your day will involve guiding your team through food and beverage procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring that we're delivering the highest standards of customer service. You'll be hands-on in managing X-Leagues, creating exciting lesson plans, and planning kids' golf camps, all while maintaining our golf simulators to ensure top-notch entertainment.

You'll work alongside other managers, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring staff performance, and following through on all directives from the ownership team. Every day will bring a new challenge, but with your leadership, expertise, and passion, you'll help elevate X-Golf Ashburn to new heights.

Here's what we need from you:

• 21+ years of age
• PGA Professional certified
• Manager's Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) certification
• 1+ year of experience as a Level 1 PGA Professional instructor (minimum of an associate professional pipeline)
• 1 year of indoor golf simulator experience
• Experience in golf instruction, league management, and customer service
• Sales and marketing experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for golf and a commitment to promoting the sport

Having a food and beverage management certification and experience would be a huge plus!
