Job Title: KidStrong Coach

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging physical and developmental classes for children.
• Assess and track individual progress of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all participants.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with children and promoting physical fitness.
• Experience in coaching, teaching, or child development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
