Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager supports day-to-day venue operations under the direction of the General Manager. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities include overseeing exhibitions, admissions, guest services, scheduling, retail, and F&B. We seek an enthusiastic individual dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, creative environment.

- Oversee venue operations, including exhibitions, admissions, guest services, scheduling, retail, and F&B.
- Support the General Manager in executing operational plans and maintaining corporate standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and recruitment efforts to ensure service excellence.
- Field private event leads and oversee group event bookings.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
- Monitor productivity and address challenges with the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Thrive in a highly high-trafficked fast-paced environment.
- Prior Assistant Manager / Manager experience
- Leadership experience a must, preferably large team leadership
- Flexible and open scheduling availability with the ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required
- Excellent IT Skills (Google Workspace)
