Job Title: Assistant General Manager
The Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown is seeking an operational leader to join our team as the Assistant General Manager. In this role, you will oversee hotel operations, including rooms, engineering, housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff performance and provide training and development.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
