• Assist the General Manager in daily operations of a high-volume, fine dining establishment.
• Oversee on-floor management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the Chef and GM on menu planning and staff training.
• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders.
• Implement and uphold service standards and policies.
