They can properly manage a shift and ensure profitability and efficiency in the daily operations of the business. They are viewed as a leader among their peers and those in their span of care. They lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Engage in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
- Track and rally team around KPIs and business goals
- Promote unity among all Team Members and leadership through the effective and timely communication of vision and values
- Drive continuous improvement
- Communicate with Executive Leadership Team
- Plan and lead meetings, coachings, and reviews
Talent
- Maintain healthy relationships with all levels of leadership
- Coach & develop entire team including Managers
- Deliver disciplinary actions and complete immediate documentation
- Be proactive and organized, communicate effectively, hold everyone equally accountable, and have zero tolerance for drama
Customer Experience
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Lead and oversee the coordination of all aspects of restaurant operations
- Trust but verify Managers are completing all systems and checklists provided to them
Sales & Brand Growth
- Create sales and growth opportunities
- Ensure we are operating at full capacity during each hour of business
Financial Stewardship
- Verify schedule for the week
- Manage restaurant inventory
- Conduct End of Month counts as needed
- Audit time punches for break violations and hold Managers accountable for mismanagement
- Ownership of restaurant equipment, including repairs and maintenance

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- QSR experience preferred
- 2+ Years of leadership experience required
- ServSafe Manager level certified
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Fluent in English required
- Fluent in Spanish preferred
- Non-disclosure agreement required
Availability Requirements:
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must have open availability
