Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Compensation: $85,000 base salary with bonus potential

Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and management of the facility.
• Oversee staff performance and provide training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain software.
