Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate immersive gaming experiences for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage game setups and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Gather feedback to enhance guest experiences.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
