Job Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
- Assist with operational support functions like Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory.
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
- Food Safety Certification as per local regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Operations
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to maintain quality standards.
- Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
- Order inventory, reconcile cash registers, and ensure staff compliance with safety regulations.
Management
- Recruit, interview, and hire quality staff.
- Train employees, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Adjust work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
Leadership
- Display professionalism and effective communication.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and resolve employee concerns.
- Conduct meetings and accomplish objectives set by the General Manager.
Work Condition Requirements
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours.
- Requires standing, walking, and frequent interaction with guests and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, math, and computer skills.
- Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and positive attitude.
- At least 3 years of restaurant manager experience.
