Summary:

At Rusty Taco, the Assistant General Managers (AGM) make up a team responsible for executing the vision set by the General Manager for their restaurant to achieve operational and financial success. This includes adhering to all company policies and ensuring the staff is doing the same. AGM's are responsible for constantly investing in and developing our teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences with our guests and local community. They will treat the employees with dignity and respect; and create an environment where the entire team does the same. AGM's ensure delivery of fast, friendly service and quality products, while closely monitoring inventory, cost control for food and beverage, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities:

• People management, planning, fostering teamwork, giving feedback, customer service, developing budgets, resolving conflict and verbal communication.
• Serving customers efficiently, with a friendly, humble and helpful attitude at every opportunity.
• Creates an environment with team members to always be willing to pitch in to help when something needs to be done.
• Ability to delegate, inspire and communicate effectively.
• Ability to not only speak clearly, but also to listen attentively to both our guests and your coworkers.
• Experience with P&L Management.
• Ownership mentality resulting in operational excellence.
• Organization and cleanliness of restaurant.
• Models genuine hospitality and delivers service excellence at every opportunity.
• Must be able to functionally perform all restaurant positions.
• Maintain consistency in preparing the highest quality of food and providing superior levels of service.
• Manage in-store training team efforts.
• Build, coach, and develop teams with passion and through effective communication and listening techniques.
• Create a restaurant experience for team members and customers that you are proud of.
• Above all, abide by the promises made to our customers and each other.

Requirements:

• 2 years restaurant / food service management.
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum Age: 18+ years old
