Assistant General Manager - FBO (38613) - LNAA

Assumes responsibility for FBO operations in the absence of the General Manager

Adheres to all FAA regulations, Airport Aut...Requirements

Valid driver’s license required and maintained that meet insurance requirements

Working knowledge of CFR139.321 regarding fuel farm management, quality control and safety

Must obtain certification under CFR139.321, Training by National Air Transportation Association, within 90 days of hire

Working knowledge of airline fuel standards from ATA 103

Working knowledge of the NFPA 407

Familiarity with American Society for Testing and Material (ATSM) Part D1655

Ability to develop and administer policies and procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Program, ability to prepare effective and concise reports.

Excellent human relations skills, ability to work independently, perform in a positive and professional manner

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma required

Minimum of 5 years aviation industry experience including 3 years of management or supervisory experience

Effective people management and organizational skills

Customer focused and analytical with good judgment, able to work under pressure and a team player.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver’s license required and maintained that meets insurance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited institution

10 years progressive management experience in the aviation industry

Physical Requirements

Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written

Read, write, and speak English

Frequently walking, standing, sitting, moving wrists and fingers

Must be able to lift 70lbs unassisted

Working Conditions and Environment

Position requires working indoors and outdoors to physically monitor and inspect all areas of responsibility. Frequently may be exposed to loud noises, temperature changes, heat, and humidity
