- Supervise daily meal service and catering orders; able to assist with food prep and serving when needed
- Assist with weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line catering order systems, and POS opening and closing procedures
- Staff development, manage labor, work schedules and employees
- Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and client
- May assist with special projects or events
