We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our client's fast-casual/quick service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Give and ensure others are giving the best customer service possible.
• Utilize operations book to run an outstanding shift as well as do a proper shift turnover.
• Effectively communicate with your team, peers, direct report, vendors and customers
• Maintain consistent punctual attendance for self and others
• Train staff to standards and expectations, hold staff accountable for adhering to them
• Make shift adjustments to the schedule to properly manage the business.
• Ensure that company funds are being utilized properly and within company guidelines

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
• Food service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
