This role requires an individual with high standards for personal performance, team leadership, service, food quality, cost management, and the overall operation of the restaurant.

In partnership with the General Manager, the AGM is responsible for driving the profitability of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Assistant General Manager must lead by example and cultivate a positive, energetic, and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff.
• Effectively communicate with the team and ensure each shift is prepared for success.
• Oversee and maintain high standards for guest safety, food quality, and operational efficiency, including proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
• The Assistant General Manager must ensure consistently excellent food and service quality that exceeds guest expectations.
• Manage inventory and order food, beverages, and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing team members across all roles.

Qualifications:

• The Assistant General Manager must hold a degree.
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality/hotel industry.
• Must have 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment.
• The Assistant General Manager must be ServeSafe Certified.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to balance operational tasks with delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• The Assistant General Manager must be flexible on shifts, including weekends.
