About the Job
Opening Management Team for Eylan, Menlo Park
Eylan restaurant in Menlo Park, the third restaurant from our Hospitality Group, including Ettan Palo Alto and Copra San Francisco, will open late Fall 2024 and is seeking a seasoned, professional opening management team to execute the vision of Chef Srijith Gopinathan and Restaurateur Ayesha Thapar.
Eylan
The name Eylan, which means “proclamation” or “public announcement” in Hindi, deftly captures the spirit of the new restaurant, which will offer a bold, global interpretation of Indian cuisine in a stunning, inviting ambiance typical of the group’s aesthetic. Eylan’s seasonally-driven food menu will be centered around the restaurant’s wood-fired grill, and served alongside clever riffs on traditional Indian breads from different regions of the country. Eylan’s expertly curated wine and cocktail lists will provide pairings that beautifully balance the rich, vibrant flavors and textures of Gopinathan’s food, while also highlighting the incredible versatility of Indian cuisine.
