What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience working in Hotel Operations preferred but not required
- Driven by purpose, mission, values, and has sense of urgency
- Strong decision making skills, able to make quick decisions that benefit both the guest(s) and the company
- Positivity and flexibility with a changing schedule
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Able to build positive short and long term relationships with guests and team
- Strong reading comprehension, ability to send and receive many emails
- Able to multitask
- Able to work closely with staff through strong communication and verbal skills
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time

- Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
