As a partner to the Director of Restaurant Outlets, the assistant would:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room team
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist employees in problem solving.
• Promote team work and employee morale.
• Set the example and expect our team to provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. 
• Champions suggestive selling programs and promotions.
• Responsible for accurate bank counts, securely closed registers and cash drawers and the balance of credit cards at the end of a shift
• Partner with leadership on the support of payroll completion, organization of monthly staff meetings, coach and counsel of team members, monitor uniform standards and partake in the interview and on-boarding process. 

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability
• 2  years of supervisory/management  experience in a fine dining establishment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
