WE LOVE OUR WORK.:

• Assist the leadership team in daily administrative duties. 
• Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees.
• Direct the day-to-day actions of public areas and Casino.
• Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas and the Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness; and complete inspection forms and reports as required.
• Assist the leadership team in administrative functions up to and including disciplinary actions, employee counseling, training, cross training and development of new supervisors.
• Assist in the completion of team member evaluations as outlined in Company policy.
• Report facility problems and required preventive maintenance.
• Schedule the cleaning of public and casino areas and assign duties to ensure timely completion.
• Schedule team members to ensure all sections and areas are adequately covered.
• Assist in the training Housekeeping team members in OSHA standards and regulations; document and maintain the appropriate records.
• Take inventory of supplies and ensure necessary items are ordered.
• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Prepare necessary work orders and ensure equipment is repaired and returned in a timely manner.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

BRING US YOUR BEST.:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years Housekeeping supervisory experience preferred. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing; ability to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work; initiative; well developed inter-personal skills; ability to set and achieve high standards of performance.
• The Team Member must demonstrate the ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. 
• Must exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Must be able to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues; learn specific job duties and complete detailed work assignments, maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques. 
• Must have a thorough knowledge of all-cleaning procedures, equipment and supplies. 
• Must also maintain a working knowledge of basic office software and be adaptable to new technology.
