- Project Management Support: Assist in planning, estimating, and managing electrical construction projects, from redevelopment to tenant improvements and new builds.
- Documentation & Systems: Maintain and organize project files, bid documents, and field manuals.
- Procurement & Administration: Manage material orders, permitting, and collections for optimal project flow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project progress.
- Required Skills:
- Strong estimating and project scheduling abilities.
- Familiarity with bid review processes and contract administration.
- Ability to interpret electrical, architectural, and mechanical plans.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively coordinate projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore.
- Basic electrical knowledge is preferred to assist with project-specific tasks.
- Proficiency in computer applications and organizational tools.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Hands-on experience in electrical contracting projects.
