We're seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Director to join our dynamic preschool team. Get ready to dive into a world of adventure without the need for animation!
As our Assistant Director, you'll be the driving force behind our early education center's success. You'll be at the heart of everything from human resources and customer relations to marketing and educational programs. Picture yourself as the superhero of our Early Education classrooms - coaching, crafting monthly lesson plans, and ensuring top-notch quality. Your knack for organization will shine as you mastermind schedules, coordinate meetings, and keep our ship sailing smoothly.
Your job, should you choose to accept it, involves shining a spotlight on our school through social media and community connections. Rub elbows with state licensing authorities, local health departments, and other rule-makers, all while supporting our school administration, dedicated teachers, and fantastic families.
Your Mission:
- Captain Compliance: Ensure our school complies with federal and local rules.
- Safety Superstar: Keep kids safe, sound, and supervised according to health and safety standards
- Master of Communication: Keep the Director in the loop, manage relationships, and play nice with state licensing authorities.
- Schedule Shapeshifter: Juggle schedules for our excellent Early Education teachers, and be ready to step in if they need backup.
- Newbie Ninja: Onboard and train new team members with your amazing skills.
- Allergy Ally: Keep allergy info in check and transport our after-school adventurers when needed.
- Creative Collaborator: Bring ideas for special projects and more.
- Customer Champion: Keep parents smiling and informed, and handle care concerns.
- Financial Guru: Keep the books balanced and supplies well-stocked.
- HR Hero: Assist the Director in assembling a dream team, coaching staff, and keeping everyone on track.
- Marketing Maestro: Assist in spreading the word about our awesome program.
- Space Steward: Maintain a safe and awesome environment for our little learners.
- Curriculum Crusader: Help implement our awesome curriculum and ensure everyone's up to speed.
- Training Titan: Keep your skills sharp with required training and stay up-to-date on early education.
- Leader Extraordinaire: Oversee and support our outstanding Early Education Teachers.
Requirements:
- Associate's in Early Childhood Education or in an unrelated field or a CDA with 1 year of
documented experience in an early childhood setting; must have physical, current CPR
Certificate, current First Aid certificate, fingerprints, and TB skin test.
