Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Engage with families to support child development.
• Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance program quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community service and child development.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
