Job Description Summary

Responsible for implementation, support and maintenance of the Technolutions Slate CRM platform across all graduate nursing programs. This position serves as the school’s Slate CRM Administrator and is responsible for the management of the functionality, including application management, campaign communication, query building, reporting, and developing other tools within Slate. Manage processes for data importing, data integrity, application process, project management, and quality control. Manages quality assurance for admissions process; follows admissions protocols and policies to manage all incoming applications; utilizing Slate CRM platform to the fullest advantage; generates status and trend reports; participates in evaluation process on outcomes. Assists with the communications and logistics for recruitment events and special projects working in collaboration with Assistant Dean, Director, and Associate Directors. Conducts training for faculty and staff on the admissions Slate CRM platform.

Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree preferred with three to five years of progressively responsible administrative support experience in a fast-paced work environment working with high level executives. Prior experience with Technolutions Slate CRM and thorough knowledge of slate features, including the application, reader, workflows, field and prompts, events, rules, query and reports. Knowledge of higher education and admissions processes. Must possess sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to interface with all levels effectively. Some experience or strong desire to learn HTML, CSS, SQL, and other front-end frameworks. Strength in database management skills required. Excellent follow through and detail orientated a must.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
