• CPO for People Department elements (HR, Training/Development, Engagement)

• Assistant Director(s) of Sales and Brand Growth

Essential Functions:

The Director of Sales and Brand Growth is a dynamic and results-driven individual that leads the Sales and Brand Growth department. As an integral part of the Sales and Brand Growth team, this role is responsible for driving brand growth, increasing revenue, and expanding our market presence. This role possesses a high-energy, outgoing personality, a passion for sales, and a strong business acumen. This role requires coordination with the Operations Department.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
• High-energy, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite. Experience in Asana or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
• High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work a varied schedule with at least one early shift, one mid shift, and on evening shift per week.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and brand growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Execute strategic marketing plan to capitalize on market research insights
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue potential.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Represent the company at community events or with community partners to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage a team of direct reports to achieve departmental goals
