Assists the Director of Safety & Security in the administration of the security ministry at Prestonwood Baptist Church and its entities (“PBC”).

Requirements:

 

Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry

Bachelor’s degree or relative experience in a field related to this position

Armed Guard permit issued through the State of TX and Designated Manager for Proprietary Security Organization in the State of TX Department of Commerce and Insurance, Private Protective Services Division

Familiarity with current camera and intrusion alarm systems preferred

Maintain an attitude of gratitude and encouragement

Have an openness to share the Gospel and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office programs

Regularly walking significant distances and using body parts for sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, hearing, reaching, seeing, and viewing while in and outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Strong people skills with excellent written and oral communication ability

Ability to work varying schedules including evenings and weekends

OSHA knowledge and risk management experience helpful
