Shift: Monday- Friday 2 pm-10:30 pm; On-call rotation required

Job Description:

• The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the DON/CNO in directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of nursing and the safe delivery of behavioral health/nursing services with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility’s strategic goals and objectives.

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred

License/Certifications: PA or PA Compact RN license; Certified in Psychiatric Nursing preferred
