Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Senior Living

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and support them in delivering person-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
- Coordinate and supervise nursing activities, including assessments, care planning, and medication management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.
- Provide leadership and guidance to inspire our team to deliver excellence in care.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in a senior living or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in nursing practice.
