Assistant Director of Nursing RN - Sandpiper Healthcare & Rehab Center

Position Summary:
The role involves supporting the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents, ensuring compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, the position oversees 24-hour nursing supervision, maintaining quality care standards. Responsibilities include coordinating resident care plans, staff training, infection control, quality assurance activities, and compliance with safety regulations. The RN will also participate in admissions, manage complaints, and ensure proper staffing and coverage.

Qualifications:
Must be a currently licensed RN with an associate or bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in healthcare, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
