The Gardens at West Shore is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing RN for our 269-bed skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA!

Position Details:

• Full-Time: Monday through Friday schedule
• Salary: $62/hour

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department.
• Participate in interviewing and screening residents for admission to the facility.
• Review nurses’ notes to ensure proper documentation is maintained regarding residents' treatment, medications, and conditions.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe the care of residents.
• Communicate with physicians and visit selected residents.
• Assist the Resident Assessment/Care Plan Coordinator with planning, scheduling, and revising the MDS, including implementing RAPs and triggers.

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in good standing.
• At least 1 year of RN Supervisory experience as an ADON or DNS in a long-term care setting.
